The stunning Ferrari F430 with its 4.3 litre V8 engine is capable of more than 190mph. This mid-engine beast even has a window into the engine bay so you can see its beating heart. Redesigned from its predecessor, the Ferrari 360, to be better in every way being more curvaceous and aerodynamic, meaning it can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds.
